1. Guests who have a medical condition (ie: high blood pressure, heart condition etc), injury or if you are pregnant, are advised to consult their doctor before your treatment commences especially when planning to use the sauna, steam room and/or gym. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any existing conditions.

2. To ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Urban Escape Day Spa and Beauty Lounge, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum, particularly when using mobile phones.

3. Advanced booking is encouraged to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. Please check in at the spa reception at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment as the therapist may have back-to-back bookings which will result in a shortened treatment.

4. We accept payment in cash & all major credit cards (visa & mastercard). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Spa treatment packages, promotions and membership packages (more details to follow) are non-refundable, non- transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Smoking is prohibited on the premises and alcohol should not be consumed prior to any spa treatment.

7. Gift Vouchers are currently available for purchase from reception in denominations of RM 50, RM 100 and RM 200.

8. Paraffin treatment is not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, those with dermatitis, burns, rashes, open wounds and any other skin condition.

9. It is your responsibility to look after your valuables and personal effects during your visit to the spa and we will be happy to provide you with a secure locker for the duration of your visit. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought into the spa premises.

10. Strictly no sexual favours will be entertained on the premises and any customer requesting such services will be politely asked to leave if he/she persists with any such request that make the therapist feel uncomfortable. Any therapist offering such services should be reported to the Manager on duty.

11. Disclaimer : guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Urban Escape Sdn Bhd and its management, staff and suppliers from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
